Perfect Pairings Progressive Dinner and Wine Tour

Valley Vineyards @ the Wolfville Farmers’ Market

Come on down to the Wolfville Farmers’ Market for a one-stop valley wine tasting experience. Annapolis Valley wineries will be sampling for free and offering $3 glasses of wine, as well as offering a wide variety of bottled wine for sale. Stop by the Info Booth for special Valley Vineyard wine packages. Wine for Home Package is $25: includes $18 wine voucher towards a bottle of wine, 2 wine glasses, cloth market bag, ballot towards a Valley Vineyards wine package ($34 value). Wine @ the Market Package is $7: includes one ticket for a glass of wine at the market, one wine glass  and a ballot towards a Valley Vineyards wine package ($10 value). Young Winemakers’ Evening at Tempest Restaurant

Join Nova Scotia’s young winemakers at Tempest and celebrate food and wine pairings from Chef Michael Howell and local winemakers.  Simon Rafuse (Blomidon Estate Winery), Jean Benoit Deslauriers (Benjamin Bridge)  and Gina Haverstock (Gaspereau Vineyards) will pair some of their favourite wines with tapas sized portions of delectable bites from the Tempest kitchen. Wines by the glass will accompany the small plates offered individually on a special a la carte menu that evening. Celebration of Nova Scotian Wine and Food
